I’m one of those who started as a student and then ended up sticking around. My professional journey with Noroff started as I was nearing the end of my time as a student and leader for the national student democracy at Noroff, and Noroff needed someone to continue the work on developing and building a solid structure around student involvement.
At that time, I was also elected to ONF (Organisasjonen for Norske Fagskolestudenter) as a national board member, in addition to holding several other student representative roles outside of Noroff.
This was in 2022, and fast forward to 2026 and I’m still here—still working on student governance, helping the student democracy with organizational and administrative support, in addition to being part of Noroff’s student administration.
Thanks to my experience both outside and inside of Noroff, I have been lucky enough to become one of the leading voices in Norway on vocational student rights, student democracy, and student involvement—especially for online and distributed students.
