Kristian joined Noroff in 2007 as a campus teacher in 3D Design & Animation. In 2009, he transitioned to online teaching, first in Graphic Design and later as lead for the online delivery of 3D Design & Animation.
He played a key role in developing Noroff’s online delivery model for the vocational school and became Content & Delivery Manager for the online vocational school in 2019.
In January 2021, he was appointed Head of Online Pedagogy. Later the same year, following a reorganization, he moved into a centralized role in Noroff Education as Head of Learning Experience.
From summer 2025, he shifted his focus to the technology side of learning and now serves as Head of Learning Technologies, with responsibility for Noroff’s learning technology platforms.
