Hildegunn joined Noroff University College (NUC) as QA Manager in January 2025, where she has overall responsibility for leading and advancing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of NUC's quality assurance system.
She is a former journalist with extensive experience in communications, marketing, and research dissemination. She also has a background in operational HSE and quality work within the shipping and offshore industries.
