Erik Brandt is the CEO of Noroff and has more than 20 years of experience leading organisations focused on education, knowledge and skills development. His work has particularly centred on strategy, organisational development, and building strong organisations through change.
Brandt has extensive experience from the education sector, including as Group CEO of Lumi Gruppen, where he led significant growth and development in higher education in Norway over nearly a decade.
He is passionate about developing study programmes that are relevant and closely aligned with industry needs, and that equip students with skills they can apply in real working environments. As CEO of Noroff, he aims to build on the institution’s strong position within digital and applied education, while strengthening the connection between education and working life at a time of increasing demand for new skills.
