As Director at Noroff, Anita holds overall responsibility for strategic development, organizational leadership, and operational oversight. She works closely with management teams and academic environments to ensure high-quality education delivery, sustainable operations, and the continued development of Noroff as a future-oriented education provider.
Anita brings extensive leadership experience from both the private and public sectors, with a professional background spanning offshore, energy, maritime industries, and higher education. She has held several Director- and VP-level roles with responsibility for strategy, organizational development, commercial operations, and HSE. She has strong experience leading transformation initiatives and managing complex, knowledge-driven organizations.
Anita holds a Master of Science in Offshore Technology with specialization in Environmental Technology, as well as academic training in Chemistry and Environmental Engineering. She has further education in Occupational Health and Safety from NTNU and STAMI, and a Master of Management in Managerial Economics from BI. In addition, she has formal board competence and has recently completed a master-level program in board governance and value creation.
