Andrea is an Instructional Designer at Noroff, working with the design and development of digital learning experiences across courses and programmes. She holds a Master´s degree in Human-Computer Interaction and has experience from UX design and digital education. She is particularly interested in how structure, clarity, and research-based design can support engagement, learning outcomes and a sense of mastery and learning.
