My path to education was built on a 20-year foundation of technical evolution. I began my career as a motor and diesel mechanic before transitioning into software, eventually serving as a Senior Web Developer and Software Development Manager in the gaming and gambling industry. These roles allowed me to lead cross-functional Agile teams. Later, as a Learning Technologist, I specialized in building online courses and learning analytics frameworks. Today, I combine my engineering roots with my passion for mentoring, finding deep fulfillment in work that empowers the next generation of developers.
