Agne has always been interested in how people think and interact with technology. Through the UX Design program at Noroff, she has found a direction where psychology, analysis and technology meet – and where she can develop skills for an international career.
– When something digital feels confusing or inefficient, I automatically start analyzing why and how it could be improved, says Agne.
Her interest in UX Design came naturally. She has long been interested in how people understand information, make decisions and navigate digital solutions.
Before starting the program, she worked in environments related to logistics and technology. That experience gave her insight into both operational processes and human behavior.
– UX combines psychology, technology, problem-solving and business thinking. That’s what makes it both exciting and meaningful to work with.

Learning to understand users
Agne studies UX Design online from Sweden. For her, flexibility was an important reason for choosing online studies.
– I wanted to study in English and have the opportunity to learn from anywhere. The flexibility allows me to combine studies with travel and personal development.
A typical study day starts calmly before she structures her day and works independently on assignments and projects.
– Most of my study time is focused and self-directed. It has strengthened both my discipline and my ability to structure my work.
In UX Design, a lot is about understanding user needs and behavior.
Through the program, Agne works with research, usability testing and design processes where solutions are developed and improved through several iterations.
– UX is not only about empathy. It is also about translating insights into practical solutions that actually work for users.
She also highlights the support from the lecturers.
– The lecturers are clear, responsive and provide constructive feedback. Even though the program is digital, the communication feels both structured and professional.
Collaboration in a digital learning environment
Even though the program is conducted online, students regularly collaborate on projects and assignments.
– Digital collaboration requires clear communication and accountability. I’ve learned how important structure and role clarity are when working in a team.
At the same time, she believes the combination of independent work and collaboration provides good preparation for working life.
In the long term, Agne hopes to use her UX skills to work internationally.
– My goal is to build an international UX company where I can collaborate with people from different countries and cultures.
She also sees the possibility of working remotely in a strong team where communication, strategy and innovation are central.
– The program gives me a solid foundation in research, user-centered design and critical thinking. These are essential skills for building a long-term career in UX.
