Online studies are completed digitally, without requiring you to attend classes in person. As an online student, you get access to a digital classroom where you will find learning materials, assignments, project information, and communication tools for staying in touch with lecturers and fellow students.
Online studies give you the flexibility to study from anywhere and structure your learning around your life situation. This makes online education a strong choice for career changers, working professionals, international students, and anyone looking for a more flexible study experience.
Noroff places strong emphasis on academic quality, practical relevance, and up-to-date learning resources. Depending on the programme, online students may follow the same teaching and curriculum as campus students. The final qualification is the same as the one awarded to students who complete the equivalent programme on campus.
Many of our Higher Vocational College programmes offer several intakes per year, including August, October, January, and March. University College programmes normally start in August.
Tuition fees vary depending on the programme and study pace. As a general guide, Higher Vocational College programmes cost NOK 45,000 per semester full-time and NOK 22,500 per semester part-time. University College programmes cost NOK 49,000 per semester, and Online PLUS Oslo/Bergen costs NOK 55,000 per semester.
