Why study Back-end Development?

As a back-end developer, you will be the architect of digital solutions, working with a wide range of technologies and enjoying the opportunity to continually develop your skills. Given the high demand in the job market, back-end developers with programming language skills, an understanding of development phases, and proficiency in front-end languages are in high demand.

Throughout the programme, you will acquire the skills to design and implement server-based solutions, manage databases, and ensure optimal performance. You will gain hands-on experience across various development phases, incorporating industry standards and methodologies such as Agile. You will also develop complementary skills that will prepare you for employment, either as an independent professional or as a valuable member of a development team.

The programme is designed to equip you with practical skills and applicable solutions in the development of server-based systems. It comprehensively covers all aspects of web development and introduces you to the latest technology used in the industry.

Two-year Programme also available

After completing this one-year back-end development program, many students are ready for employment. If you want more advanced technical programming skills, you can apply directly to the second year of the two-year Back-end Development program. This will also prepare you to work as a full-stack developer.

Career Opportunities

After completing the back-end development program, you can pursue roles such as:

  • Backend Developer
  • System Architect
