Aage Alexander Foss is the rector for Noroff Vocational School, and has been part of the Noroff team since 2012.

He started his carrier as a film producer, and in 2012 he was hired as the principal of the Noroff Vocational School campus in Bergen, earning him the title of Norways youngest principal. From 2014 Foss was also in charge of the Oslo campus, and has been central in development and execution of the organizations strategy. As part of this process, he also led the work to restructure the organization towards the summer of 2018.

Foss has a Bachelor of Arts from The South African School of Motion Picture Medium & Live Performance in Cape Town (2010), and is now undertaking an Executive MBA at the UiA School of Business and Law.
