I have developed a lot through my studies so far, says the 44-year-old.

I chose to study digital forensics because it is something there is a great need for in the labour market. Exploring and solving problems suits me very well, says Frank Shortt (44).

He is studying digital forensics via online studies from Ålgård.

Online studies help me to complete my studies, at the same time that my everyday life with work and family does not stop.

After he finishes his bachelor's degree in digital forensics, he hopes to get a job in the police or the military.

I want to help solve societal problems or national issues that help keep us all a little safer, says the 44-year-old.

During his studies, he learns cyber security and the forensic investigation of digital crime. This way he will be ready to work with digital security and intelligence.

I developed a lot during my studies

Every part of what I have learned has been very useful and has developed me a lot through my studies so far. Just the knowledge the teachers have passed on is incredibly good, and they are so helpful, says Frank.

He works independently on a project, thus combining both work and studies.

I start the day by going to work early, before I take a break and participate in the online course. Then I work with my job or studies, depending on what has the closest deadline.

The study in digital forensics is offered on campus Kristiansand , via online studies or  Online PLUS . By choosing a bachelor's degree at Noroff University College, you get an attractive course of study, developed in collaboration with the business world.

I get very good follow-up. I can contact teachers at any time and get lots of help if I need it. They are very good at their subject, but even better at helping us learn.
