Zeeshan Basit has completed Master in Computer Science with specialization in Data Networks. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience and has worked in various Universities. Before joining Noroff he was working for the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Oman.

During his time in Nizwa College he established the Network Specialization for the college in 2007. He also has extensive industrial experience working with Emirates Airline as an Incident Manager. During his stay in Emirates, he has successfully completed the infrastructure update projects like, hardware upgrade, routers and switches hardware and IOS upgrade, wireless network extension, migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10, security update of end user devices. He has overseen many research projects by the students and published his research articles in well-known journals and conferences. He is a Cisco Certified Specialist in Enterprise Core with many Cisco and Microsoft certifications. And a Cisco certified instructor for CCNA and CCNP (ENARSI) courses. His research interests include Computer Networks, Wireless Networks, SDN, and IoT domains.
