TERMINATION / ACCESS
Any violation of the stipulations in these TERMS may result in forfeitting of the user's username and password. Noroff reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Noroff sites / services and the related services or any part of them at any time, without notice. If your account terminated due to violation of the TERMS, you will not be entitled to any refund of the member / student fees. Noroff may also terminate or suspend your access to Noroff Sites / Services due to inactivity, which is defined as not having logged into one of our services for a longer period of time, defined by Noroff. Noroff consides six months as longer. By terminating the Noroff Site / Service, you terminate your right to use Noroff Site / Service immediately. Noroff have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Supplier will take all reasonable precautions to ensure all personal information provided by the User. The supplier will not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties unless required by public authorities or competent judicial body. If the Contractor has breached these provisions, the Contractor shall not be liable for damages of any kind caused by or associated with the User's use of the Contractor's website, including misuse of personal information by a third party.

The provisions of the first paragraph notwithstanding, the Contractor shall be entitled to share personal information with adjoining or affiliated companies that assist the Contractor in making the web site accessible. Such companies must guarantee to keep your personal information confidential under the provisions written in the first paragraph. The following two paragraphs apply to such firms. The Supplier shall not be liable for any such formers misuse of personal information provided Liver door has demonstrated reasonable degree of intelligence in the choice of such company. The Noroff campus is situated in Kanalveien, south of the city centre. Over 2,000 square metres has been adapted to allow student to maximise their time on campus. In addition to classrooms, meeting rooms, lab space and a large shared canteen, the school has its own film studio with the largest green screen in the Hordaland area. The Noroff Student Association (Noroff Studentforening (NSF) Bergen) is an independent student union working towards a conducive and healthy study environment. The NSF is run by and for students and aims to contribute to an active and vibrant student environment at Noroff Bergen. The work of the student union includes arranging monthly themed parties, study trips, movie nights and sports days, and also has in collaboration with the school, the annual close where student work is displayed and celebrated – the Diamond Awards. The mentor week, NorON, is arranged for the first week at Noroff Campus Bergen.
