Siri Rutlin Harildstad started working at Noroff Arts College as course coordinator and lecturer in 2004. She is educated as director and scriptwriter at Queensland University of Technology in Australia, and has broad experience from the Norwegian television and film industry. Since 2002, Siri has worked as director`s assistant, casting director, reporter, project coordinator and post production supervisor since 2002. She has also directed several internationally award-winning short films. ”Sissy” (2013) has won awards for best short film at several film festivals, amongst others in Giffoni, Frankfurt and The European Youth Film Festival in Flanders, in addition to several audience awards.

Siri has also studied psychology at the University of Oslo and practical-pedagogy at Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences.
