As campus manager of Oslo campus, Simon holds the responsibilities for personnel, finances and operational activities. He has been a member of the administration department at Noroff since 2016 . Simon brings over 10 years’ experience, working in start-ups, finance, consultancy and management. His career began in 2005 in Property Finance at Barclays Capital before becoming a self-employed financial consultant. In 2011, Simon was a founding partner in a cloud-based financial consultancy firm, SMP Financial. After relocating to Norway in 2014, Simon worked with a start-up company as sales, marketing and IT manager.

Simon has a certificate in business and marketing (2000), a BA in business information management (2003) and a MBS in strategic management and planning (2004).
