Digital Forensics students Timmi Strand and Glenn Nor will be travelling to the UK to present the results from their bachelor projects.
Two final year Digital Forensics student at Noroff University College will be travelling to the UK to attend The Teesside Digital Forensic Conference. TDFCon is on the 15th May and covers topics such as: the CSI Effect, Smart Technology, Raspberry Pi, Covert Communications and the Tor Network. The conference covers a wide variety of current topics in digital forensics.

TDFCon is a well-established international conference, and a platform for students of the leading digital forensics study programs from multiple universities. The industry presentations make it an annual meeting point for forensics students and industry employers. Informal talks between students and potential future employers often occur during the conference.

Professor Iain Sutherland who is responsible for the digital forensics programs at Noroff University College commented, "This is an excellent example of how the practical skills students acquire at Noroff enable them to be competitive both in Norway and abroad."
Timmi Strand is excited to present his findings, stating that "this could open up to new possibilites for us."
Mr. Strand's paper is an investigation guideline for a Linux system; how to proceed when investigating a spesific operating system, and Mr. Nor's paper sheds light on hacking of puplic Wi-Fi technology and information theft.
