As a Community Manager, Lotte works with the follow-up of online students at the vocational school outside the digital classroom. Her goal is that all students have a good experince while they are studying at Noroff. She is driven by seeing the students succeed and collaborates with teachers and program leaders to provide the best possible service for the students.

Lotte completed her master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Agder in 2018, with a specialization in International Management.
